HEADACHES AND
MIGRAINES
"He, who knows how to listen, hears wisdom.
Traditional medicine does not have a sure-fire cure for preventing headaches and migraines but a lot has been learned in recent years. There are 4 major blood vessels that supply your brain with blood to provide it with nutrients and oxygen. Sometimes a headache is a symptom of a disease or disorder or maybe a warning of a possible stroke. Brain tissues never ache since the brain does not contain pain receptors. Pain can exist in the membranes that cover the surface of the brain, the skin, muscles and blood vessels that cover the skull and the many nerves that run from the brain to the head and face. Most headaches are temporary and
only last a few hours. These are usually brought on by strain on muscular
tissue or pressure changes in the head, neck or both. Other trigger factors are
stress, tension, too little or too much sleep, overeating or drinking too much
and a noisy or stuffy environment.
Medicine cures three tenths, diet cures seven tenths.
Cluster and migraine headaches,
are more severe and may include nausea, vomiting dizziness, cold hands, shaking
and blurred vision and usually affect one side of the brain. The person is
often incapacitated until the attack subsides.
We have a certain responsibility to keep our bodies in good health,
Normal treatment is to treat the
symptoms and try to avoid the conditions that led to the attack which often is
easier said than done.
Being stupid, isn't not knowing much, nor is it not wanting to know much.
Our NATURAL & ALTERNATIVE HEALING RESOURCE DIRECTORY
provides information on great products and where to buy them that specifically
target many of the conditions that affect "modern man" today. Drinking
Kombucha on a regular basis also may very well be the most important thing you
can do to regain and maintain good health. Kombucha is often referred to as an ancient remedy for modern mans ills. Kombu. . what, you might ask. That’s great but what can it do for
chronic headaches and migraines. Dr. Maxim Bing found favorable results
in the kidneys and the capillary vessels of the brain with Kombucha. First off, Kombucha does not address
just 1 or 2 symptoms. It addresses the whole body’s systems. It is a
tremendous chelation product. Americans have been clogging their systems for
years with chemically altered fats and the over 5 pounds a year of chemical
additives the food industry puts in our food so it has a longer shelf life,
looks prettier, taste better, etc, etc. Kombucha seems to be the biological
equivalent of STP gas treatment, carburetor cleaner and radiator flush all
rolled into one. It works at the cellular and molecular
level pulling the toxins out. Glucuronic acid (GA) then binds toxins in the
liver which are then eliminated as urine. Toxins bound by GA cannot be
reabsorbed by the intestines or the urinary system. It also softens hardened
veins and arteries, lowers cholesterol and improves liver function. Regular
detoxification and flushing is necessary to achieve and maintain overall good
health. This improved blood flow also benefits
the blood vessels in the brain. Kombucha improves digestion so the
nutrients in your food and drink are more readily available to nourish all parts
of your body. This results in more energy and less digestive problems. Clarity
of thought and better sleep patterns soon follow. The fermentation process produces a
variety of substances from acetycholine, which benefits the body’s nervous
system to choline, which normalizes blood pressure and prevents hypertension. When you are healthy and feel good you
are less likely to get stressed out. Many report improved mood. Others go so
far as to say they feel “more at peace” or even “closer to god”. Sally Ann of CA
reports: The beverage itself has softened my skin and made it shine. My
fingernails are stronger, my caffeine addiction has been transformed into
enjoyment, not need. My appetite seems to be getting fine-tuned and I have an
increased desire to drink pure, clean water. I notice in myself a sense of
gentleness and well being. Anne in NY says: I
had a lot of stress, was overweight and having headaches. I started
drinking Kombucha and the headaches went away immediately. I also lost 18
pounds and no longer have the stress and am able to do more. Mrs. B suffered from terrible headaches
for 35 years. After drinking Kombucha for 3 months I no longer suffer from
headaches. I am extremely happy and do not need pills anymore. If you have a headache right now,
take an aspirin or some other pain reliever. To prevent future headaches
you need to drink Kombucha on a regular basis. In the beginning, until your
body is balanced out if you get a headache soaking a cloth in Kombucha and
wiping your forehead and neck can be relaxing. Or a cloth soaked in Kombucha
can be used as a compress on the forehead and neck. For a really severe attack,
add a pint of aged Kombucha to a warm bath and soak in it for several minutes.
The nutrients can be absorbed thru your skin. Some movie stars even rinse off a
spare culture and cover their face with it while they are kicked back in the
bath. Kombucha by itself
doesn't cure anything. Since Kombucha nourishes at the cellular membrane level it has a positive effect on many chronic and debilitating conditions. On the left side of our Home Page we list many conditions that millions of Americans are suffering from. If you or a loved one has any of these conditions take the time to check it out and see how Kombucha might be of benefit. Take charge of your family's health today. |
