To Order Cajun Ernie’s Kombucha Mushroom Kits

If you live in the Shreveport/Bossier City area or the ArkLaTex and want to pickup your Kombucha order and save the shipping charge we do have pickup hours of 10:00 AM to 12:00AM on Saturdays. Call (318) 865-6628 by Friday evening and leave your order on our answering machine including your name and telephone #. We will fill your order Friday night and have it ready for you to pickup on Saturday morning.   We do not accept Credit Cards direct so Cash, Personal Check or Money Orders are OK for Saturday pickups.

We are at the SE corner of Fern & Ockley Dr. Park on the Fern side and you will see our sign. If on Youree Drive, turn West at A.C. Steere Elem school onto Ockley, then left at the light at Fern. If on Line Ave, turn East on Monrovia, cross the bridge and right on Fern. If on Kings Highway, turn south on Gilbert (which becomes Fern) go thru the light at Ockley & Fern and we are on the left. If on Southfield, Pierremont, Hollywood it is easiest to turn north on Line Ave and East on Monrovia. We think you will find our operation and fermentation room interesting.

For those with multiple existing conditions, I recommend a Kit with drops. If 3 or more in the same household will be drinking the tea, I recommend a kit with extra mushroom.  You might want to take advantage of the price break and get a 2nd mushroom kit to give to a family member or close friend who has an immediate need.

Kombucha orders are shipped via Priority Mail and will arrive in the same time as a 1st class letter. We have shipped hundreds and hundreds of mushroom kits to all parts of the U.S.A. in the last 12 months and have had only 2 or 3 complaints on damage, late delivery or lost packages. Even shipments to Hawaii and Alaska have arrived promptly and in good condition.

In the 'Subject:' field be sure to insert Kombucha (Kombucha question, Kombucha quote, etc etc) so Spam blocker doesn't automatically delete your email. Include the # of Kits, or mushrooms only, that are needed and the shipping address including zip code (so we can calculate shipping charges).

We do ship to our neighbors in Canada and Mexico. We do not ship to other countries outside of North America due to excessive delays in customs which can damage the mushrooms.

Shipping to Canada and Mexico costs twice as much for half the weight so the mushroom kit is the only item we ship outside the U.S.A. and its territories due to weight & postal restrictions. You will find the Canada and Mexico Kits listed at the very end of the Order Form.

Fresh, mature jumbo mushrooms are being harvested everyday and orders are generally shipped within 2 working days.

Have you ever watched the game show "Who Wants To Be A Millionaire" ? Wa'll I jes luv dat show and even went to Oklahoma City and Memphis to be tested.  I believe I missed 2 or 3 questions both times out of 30 questions and didn't make the cutoff. Hopefully I'll go to New York and test again. Maybe this time they'll give me bonus points for me being unusual or a senior citizen. Do cajuns qualify for minority points?
